LICLLAB designs and manufactures precision lighting for architects, lighting designers and specifiers. Our fixtures live on facades, in museums, along waterfronts and inside landmark interiors, where the quality of a single beam matters.
We stay deliberately small and hands on. That means the people who join us shape products end to end, work directly with the specifiers who use them, and see their decisions carried into real buildings.

Lighting Designer / Application Engineer
You sit between our products and the people specifying them, turning a project brief into the right fixtures, optics and layout. You will support architects and lighting designers, prepare technical proposals, and feed real project needs back into product development.
What you will do
- Advise specifiers on fixture selection, optics and controls
- Produce lighting layouts, calculations and technical proposals
- Prepare datasheets, IES/LDT files and order codes
- Bridge sales and R&D on custom requirements
What we look for
- Background in lighting design, architecture or electrical engineering
- Comfort with DIALux or similar calculation tools
- Strong technical English, Italian a plus
- An eye for how light meets architecture
R&D Optics & Electronics Engineer
You develop the core of our fixtures, from LED boards and drivers to optics and thermal design. You will prototype, test and refine products that have to perform for years in demanding environments, indoors, outdoors and underwater.
What you will do
- Design LED, driver and control electronics
- Model optics and thermal behaviour, then validate on the bench
- Build and test prototypes through to production
- Work with suppliers on components and tooling
What we look for
- Degree in electronic, optical or mechanical engineering
- Hands on prototyping and measurement experience
- Knowledge of lighting standards and photometry is a plus
- Curiosity and precision in equal measure
Technical Sales Specifier (International)
You grow relationships with distributors, studios and specifiers across international markets. Part technical advisor, part relationship builder, you help clients find the right LICLLAB solution and see it through to specification.
What you will do
- Develop distributor and specifier relationships abroad
- Present the catalog and match products to projects
- Follow opportunities from enquiry to specification
- Represent LICLLAB at trade fairs and site visits
What we look for
- Experience in lighting, electrical or building products sales
- Confidence reading technical documentation
- Fluent English; additional languages welcome
- Willingness to travel
Product Marketing Specialist
You tell the story of our products to a technical, design led audience. From catalogs and datasheets to the website and project case studies, you make complex lighting clear, precise and beautifully presented.
What you will do
- Produce catalogs, product pages and case studies
- Keep brand and technical content consistent
- Coordinate photography and product launches
- Work closely with sales and R&D on messaging
What we look for
- Experience in B2B, design or product marketing
- Strong writing and a good visual eye
- Comfort with technical subject matter
- Fluent English, Italian a plus
Export Area Manager, Middle East
You own LICLLAB growth in the Middle East, one of our most active regions. You will build the distributor network, support major specification projects, and act as the local face of the brand.
What you will do
- Develop and manage distributors across the region
- Support specifiers on landmark projects
- Own targets and reporting for the area
- Coordinate with head office on logistics and custom orders
What we look for
- Proven export or area management experience in lighting
- An existing network in the region is a strong plus
- Fluent English; Arabic welcome
- Based in or ready to travel frequently to the Gulf
