LICLLAB designs and manufactures architectural lighting in Susegana, in the Veneto. Our fixtures light the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre, Marsa Al Arab, Surf Abu Dhabi and the Jordan Gate Towers. The team that made those decisions fits in one room — and we intend to keep it that way.

You draw fixtures that get built. Extrusion profiles, optics, mounting details, finishes — from first sketch to the drawing production works from, inside the same building.
What you will do
- Design new fixtures and custom variants for landmark projects.
- Develop aluminium extrusion profiles, gaskets, optics and mounting systems.
- Design for disassembly: replaceable board and driver, no glue where a screw will do.
- Work directly with the workshop on prototypes and mock-ups, and with suppliers on tooling.
- Keep the product language coherent across families.
What you bring
- Degree in industrial or product design, or mechanical engineering.
- 3D CAD you are genuinely fast in — SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino or Fusion.
- Real understanding of production: extrusion, die-casting, anodising, IP sealing.
- A portfolio of things that were manufactured, not only rendered.
- Italian and English.
We are opening territories in Italy and abroad. If you already work with architects, lighting designers, electrical contractors or wholesalers, LICLLAB gives you a line you can defend on merit rather than on discount.

What you bring
- An established portfolio of clients in lighting, electrical or interior specification.
- Self-employed status and the ability to work a territory independently.
- Comfort with technical products and project timelines.
- Non-exclusive lines welcome, as long as they do not compete with ours.
Six months inside a working lighting laboratory: calculations, mock-ups, product data and time on the shop floor. We hire from this position when it works.
What you will do
- Assist on DIALux studies and project documentation.
- Build and photograph mock-ups for client presentations.
- Help maintain photometric and product data.
What you bring
- Studies in architecture, design or engineering.
- Curiosity about how light is actually made.
- Italian and English.
